Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your piece, and will happily exchange if there are any defects.

 

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and all information including contact information and payment information, are kept confidential and secure. We do not keep credit cards on file for future orders for security reasons. We will not sell your information to any company.

​How Do I Place An Order?

Please send an email to us and let us know if you are interested in a pre-designed stock piece, or have a fun and original idea for a customized piece we can create for you!  You can visit our Custom section (take me there now, please!) for further information and a quote request form <<here>>! You will be asked to approve the design and sign a contract for all orders (stock and custom).

 

Please include your emaill below items:

 

- Your phone number

- Your email address

- How you heard about us? (We love referrals and offer a discount for you and a friend!)

- The size of piece you would like (see sizing information here)

- The date required for item completion

- The color palette preferred

- Any images you would like included on the piece. 

 

Payment and Shipping

We glady accept cash, credit card, e-transfer or cheque. All payment is due upon booking confirmation for custom pieces, and on delivery for stock orders. We are proud to offer complimentary shipping in the Greater Toronto Area! If you are unsure of our boundaries - let us know where you are and we will let you know if there are any additional fees for transporation. We cover as far West as Hamilton, as far East as Scarborough, as far North as Newmarket and as far South as... Toronto!
